What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Paypal, Wire Transfer and Check. If using a non-instant form of payment, creation of your account will be delayed until payment clears.
How do I view my invoices?
Please login to our customer billing center at https://billing.databasemart.com/ and click on "My Finances" then click "Invoices" on the left to view all your invoices.
Do you offer any money back guarantee?
No. All payments To Database Mart LLC for the dedicated server are non-refundable.
What is the average turn around on server orders placed?
24-72 business hours depending on the configuration. We offer no guarantee on the setup time and try to always meet or beat the 24-72 hour timeline.
Do you offer any network up time guarantee?
99.9%. Please see our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
What's your technical support response time?
Usually the technical support ticket will be handled within one hour. The maximum is 24 hours.
How can I cancel my dedicated server?
You must notify us of a cancellation request a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the billing renewal date. To do so please submit a sales ticket at Customer Support Center or email sales$dedicatedsqlserver.com. There are no pentalties for canceling your server. The server would then be terminated at the end of your billing cycle.
Can I install any software in the dedicated server if I have license?
You must get the Windows Server 2003 license from us. You can install any other legal software in your dedicated server.
Do you block any TCP/UDP ports in your network?
No. All ports are open.
Do you setup DNS or reverse DNS?
The customer is responsible for setting up the DNS on their server. We can provide the RDNS (Reverse DNS) for you. Once the server is deployed, a customer can simply send a support ticket to request the RDNS.
Do you allow IRC in your network?
All IRC is strictly forbidden on our network. Any host found running either a IRC client or server will face suspension and possible cancellation of services.
