Windows Server 2003 Administrator Login Problem, faulting application winlogon.exe, faulting module ntdll.dll, KB828664

Problem

You cannot login to your remote Windows 2003 Server using Remote Desktop Access even if you have the right password. You will be kicked out immediately after login. You will get the following error messages if you check the event logs.

	Event ID:	1004
	Description:
	Reporting queued error: faulting application winlogon.exe, version 0.0.0.0, 
	faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0002b56b.
	

Solution

Reset administrator password will fix the problem.
