How To Move Account From Helm 3.x To 4.x Servers?
There are some differences between Helm 3 and Helm 4 servers.
- SMTP Authentication is turned on by default in Helm 4 servers.
- Email "Catch All" feature is disabled in Helm 4 servers.

Please follow these steps if you want to move your account from Helm 3.x to Helm 4.x servers.
- Submit a support ticket to support$databasemart.com with the subject "Helm 4 Move Request". You need to provide Helm 3 username and your email address.
- We will create a same account in our Helm 4 server.
- You can login to Helm 4 control panel and set up your account. You need to create all your hosting plans, users, domains, email accounts, SQL databases and others.
- Submit a support ticket with your domain names and SQL database names. We will move all your web files and SQL databases from the old servers to the new one. Please also mention if you need to copy the emails.
- We will move all your web files, databases and emails.
- You can go to Helm 4 Control Panel > My Domains > yourdomain.com > Website Settings > Options > Pre Propagation. You can create a temp URL to test your site.
- Change your name servers of your domain from ns1.databasemart.net & ns2.databasemart.net to ns3.databasemart.net & ns4.databasemart.net.
- The new IP may need 24 hours to be resolved in the Internet.
- You can remove the old site in Helm 3 control panel if everything works ok. You must delete it from old server. Otherwise you cannnot receive any emails from the domains in the old servers.
