Are you closed on holidays?

Our Technical Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays. However, expect delays from replies from correspondences from the Billing Department and Sales Department during holiday seasons.

Do you offer any money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting plans and Hyper-V/VPS servers. Please note that setup fee is not refundable. The policy will be eligible during the first 30 days since your DBM billing account is registered.

Do you offer any network and server up time guarantee?

How long will it take to setup my server?

The delivery time for VPS server is 1-2 hours and dedicated server is 24-48 hours.

Do you allow IRC in your network?

All IRC is strictly forbidden in our network. Any host found running either a IRC client or server will face suspension and possible cancellation of services.

Do you block any TCP/UDP ports in your network?

We blocked some virus ports 135-139, 445, 1024-1030, 1433-1434 etc.

Can I install any software in the dedicated server if I have license?

You must get the Windows Server license from us. Most are included in the plans for free. You can install any other legal software (including SQL Server) in your dedicated server.
